Order Cancelation

We have a very friendly cancellation and refund policy for all cancellation and refund request. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel and order, you must contact us whithin 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.


Your satisfaction is our first Priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason. You can cancel your service order any time before the work on your device has started. Once the product is opened or the service is considered delivered, the order cannot be cancelled. You can however claim a warranty as per our warranty policy. All refunds are processed after internal verification. NSS reserve the right to full and partial refunds based on the condition of the product or the service.

Some Major Factor for Refunds

Our Services are irreversible, we do not issue refunds once the order is accepted, repair performed and payment received.

  • In case the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’ then we will issue refund after it is proved that the product is defective/damaged and such product has to be shipped back to us. We initiate refund within 7 working days
  • If for any reason you would like to exchange or refund your product, perhaps for a different size, model, color, You must contact us first and we will guid you Don't send for refund to us unless we authorize you to do so

To initiate any refund you can inform your case to refunds and cancellation department by mail on The standard time to process a refund is within 24 working hours of submitting a refund request, however please note most banks take 2 to 3 days to credit the customer account after we have processed the same.


If you want to exchange the  product perhaps for model size or brand. you just inform us  on out team will be connect shortly. The standard time to exchange is working 48 hours of submitting exchange request.
